Having finished our board exams my friends and I had no idea what to do with our books now. After searching the entire internet for possible platforms to donate our old books, we couldn't find any. So to validate our suspicion we conducted an intensive survey with 276 participants. We found out that 53% of the people we surveyed were unaware of any options to donate their old books. Also, Every year 70% of the paper produced directly reaches landfills without getting recycled. Thats approximately Rs.1400 cr worth of resources getting wasted each year.
